Our courses are carried out by qualified Group Leaders who have undertaken extensive theoretical and practical training. This ensures that the participants in Active Mindsteps courses have access to appropriate and high-quality activities in a friendly and safe environment.

We have an extensive library of activities and exercises and all qualified and active Group Leaders have access to this ‘Treasure Chest’.

Our Group Leaders are volunteers and receive comprehensive training and practical guidance. They are supported by a mentor and have regular meetings with other Group Leaders to exchange ideas and discuss their experiences.

We have a comprehensive guide for our Group Leaders to help them with all aspects of Active Mindsteps sessions.
